I’m so thrilled to have you on board and we are looking forward to helping you scale up your business. The following is a work agreement laying out the scope of your project as it currently stands followed by a quote. During our meeting together we established a few main goals with the priority being your lead magnet and your content strategy along with customer retention strategies. Please look over the details for any inaccuracies and if you agree with all, please sign the document in the space provided to accept this work agreement.

1. Goals

Our service will focus on building your mailing list, content strategy and customer retention. This will entail:

  • Email funnel (landing page, freebie + email sequence)
  • Content strategy/editorial calendar
  • Customer retention email sequence set up for past clients
  • Facebook ad campaign to build your list
  • Website review to optimize your site for conversion

2. Work Scope

The following will describe the scope of the project and what is required to complete the project

2.1. PDF Download Lead Magnet

You will provide us with a lead magnet document with content your audience would find attractive. We will design a gorgeous PDF in-keeping with your brand. This will serve as a valuable freebie your audience will download. They will be added to your mailing list and segmented accordingly.

2.2. Lead Magnet Landing Page + Email Sequence

When your pdf is ready to go, we will design your landing page for the lead magnet. Once they opt in for your freebie download, they will be put into an email sequence with goal of encouraging sign ups for your free consultation. I will provide a guideline for the email sequence which you can customise or edit as you see fit.

2.3. Customer Retention Email Sequence

I will create an email segment containing all of your previous clients who have paid for a session before. They will be put into an email sequence with goal of encouraging them to book another paid session with you. I will provide a template for the email sequence which you can customise and edit as you see fit.

2.4. Website Review

We will review your website and send you suggestions for how to optimize the site for conversions. This may include suggestions on how to improve your brand identity, additional pages, rearranging existing or new sections across the site. If you would like we can implement the changes for you (a separate quote will be sent for implementation).

2.5. Editorial/Content Strategy

We will help you develop a content strategy and editorial calendar. This would require defining who your audience is, understanding what types of content they need, choosing the medium of delivery and the type of content to publish as well as the publishing schedule for various types of content.

2.6. Social Media

We will design and set up a Facebook ad campaign for list building. The traffic will go directly to your lead magnet landing page.


3. Timeline

This will give you a rough idea of the turnaround time for each of the tasks. This is simply a guideline. Some tasks may take longer depending on my availability, your response time, or the complexity of the task at hand (which may sometimes involve additional work beyond the initial scope).

To begin, you will provide us with the content required for your lead magnet. I can help you narrow down a topic for your freebie if you don’t already have an idea. Once that is completed, I will beautify your freebie.

I will create your landing page and set up your freebie download and an email sequence template will be sent to you for editing. When the final draft is approved, I will set up the email sequence in mailchimp.

For this week the tasks would be:

  • Create a segment in Mailchimp for past buyers
  • Send you an email sequence template that you can add your personal touch to.
  • Set up the sequence in Mailchimp

We will work on a Facebook ad campaign to start building your list.

We will begin the process of figuring out an editorial calendar and content strategy to ensure you are publishing content on a consistent basis and making the most of your efforts by selecting topics fit for your audience and your goals.

We will review your website and send you suggestions for how to optimize the site for conversions. This may include suggestions on how to improve your brand identity, additional pages, rearranging existing or new sections across the site. If you would like we can implement the changes for you (a separate quote will be sent for implementation).

We will spend this week rounding off things and wrapping up any tasks that lagged behind for any reason and celebrating the large strides you’ve accomplished toward growing your business!
